Why is membership capped at 50 households?

Above 50 members I can't actually provide the service I'm promising. I need to know your home's history, remember your situation when you call, and respond same-day. That requires a manageable client base — not a growth-at-all-costs directory model. When the list is full, it's full.

Do you take referral fees from contractors on the Golden List?

No. The business model is entirely funded by membership fees. Contractors on the Golden List don't pay to be there — they earn a spot by doing good work and lose it by doing poor work. Taking referral fees would corrupt that relationship, so I don't.

What does "remote advocacy" actually mean?

It means I'm on your side administratively, not physically. I review the quote before you accept it, flag anything that looks padded, follow up with the contractor on your behalf, and audit the invoice after the job. You don't need someone standing in your living room — you need someone who knows how these quotes are supposed to look.

What's the Digital Home Vault exactly?

A maintained document — not an app — that logs every repair, service, warranty, and contractor contact for your property. I update it after every job. You can read it, print it, and hand it to a buyer at closing. In a market where homes are sitting 100+ days, a complete maintenance record is a real differentiator.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. I'd rather have members who find real value in the service than ones who feel locked in. If it's not working for you after a few months, we part ways without complications.
